Cleano provides car wash, dry cleaning, and related services at customer locations. Our services include:
- Car washing and detailing services
- Dry cleaning and laundry services
- Vehicle insurance assistance
- Car sale and purchase facilitation
- Scrap car disposal services
3. Booking and Scheduling
- All bookings must be made through our website, mobile app, or phone
- Service appointments are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
- Customers must provide accurate contact information and service address
- Minimum 2 hours notice required for cancellations
4. Payment Terms
- Payment can be made via cash, online transfer, or digital payment methods
- Monthly subscription fees are due in advance
- Late payment may result in service suspension
- Refunds are processed as per our refund policy
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
5. Service Quality and Liability

- Cleano is not liable for pre-existing damage to vehicles or clothing items
- Customers must report any damage within 24 hours of service completion

6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure vehicle/items are accessible at the scheduled time
- Remove all personal belongings from vehicles before service
- Inform us of any special requirements or concerns
- Provide safe working conditions for our staff
- Report any issues or concerns promptly
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Services can be cancelled up to 2 hours before scheduled time without penalty
- Late cancellations may incur a 50% charge
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 7 days notice
- Refunds for unused services will be processed within 7-10 business days
- No refunds for services already completed
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect and use personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy
- Customer data is kept confidential and secure
- We may use contact information for service-related communications
- Marketing communications require explicit consent
9. Force Majeure
Cleano shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other labor disputes.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
